For all prices and products, Fluitek reserves the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, and product discontinuation. Fluitek is not responsible for price increases which may occur at any time without notice. No orders will be processed at a higher price than indicated on the order, however, Fluitek reserves the right to decline the order for any reason.

Fluitek guarantees that all products will meet the OEM specifications in fit, form, and function. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of the product please follow the guidelines below for returns.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RGA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RGA number: customer name, order number or invoice number, product model number, and the nature of the problem. All reference numbers can be found on your invoice.

Damaged goods must be identified upon receipt of goods so that proper claims can be made with the freight carrier. All freight damage claims are to be made by the receiver of the goods. Failure to immediately notify the freight carrier of the damage could result in the refusal of the claim. In the case of the receipt of a damaged product, all boxes, shipping bar codes, and labels must remain on the original packaging so that a proper claim can be made. Fluitek will provide you with the proper procedures upon receipt of the damage notification.

All defective products will be accepted directly by Fluitek under warranty for credit, exchange, or repair, at Fluitek's discretion as long as they are filed within the warranty period.

All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. Some Fluitek items are considered special and are made to order. These items are non-returnable. If you have concerns of whether a particular item is special or non-returnable you should contact a Fluitek representative for clarification before completing the purchase.

Custom made products that are manufactured to your specifications are non-returnable unless defective or manufactured outside of specifications.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date 100% complete, unused, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, and other accessories provided.
