FLUITEK PCE-09-2-DO-V comparable to FLOW EZY FILTERS 9 3/4-2-P-V-S-DOE

Fluitek Corporation warrants all goods sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid for one year from date of invoice. Claims will not be honored if they are not made within one year from date of invoice. In the case of a warranty claim, the purchaser must notify Fluitek in writing. Upon receipt of the notification, Fluitek will either examine the goods at the site or issue a return goods authorization (RGA). If an RGA is issued, the goods must be returned per the shipping instructions provided by Fluitek. Returns that are made without following the instructions provided by Fluitek could lead to the claim being delayed or denied. When goods are found to be defective, Fluitek's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace such goods at their option without charge to the purchaser, or refund the purchase price of the goods. In no event shall Fluitek be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
